An Accountant by trade with early experience in Costing, Financial, Management and Treasury Accounting areas, here he learnt transformation is constant to any organization with serious aspirations for growth and profit.

Lukeman is an Oracle Solution Architect with over 25 years of experience in implementing, upgrading and supporting Oracle EBS in complex, multinationals, and multi GAAP environments and industries. Strong proficiency in Oracle Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Manufacturing modules. Strong functional/technical and business acumen with a proven track record of successful solution delivery in global business transformation programs, through several full system lifecycle.

Subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies. It is the lessons learned from years of deploying Oracle application to companies that led to the creation of ‘Transformious’.

Arun is a seasoned Oracle ERP Cloud & E-Busines Suite (EBS) professional, with over 25 years of IT industry experience.

He has expertise in Financials system (GL, AP, AR and Procure to Pay) in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP, and Supply Chain Management modules (Inventory (INV), Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Product Information System (PIM)) with a major focus on Order To Cash (Order Management (OM), Shipping (WSH), Advanced Pricing (QP) and Accounts Receivables (AR).

Arun thrives on complex, ever-changing situations, high-pressure environments, and solving problems through proactive initiatives.

Bethann’s consulting journey began as a lead for her company on an implementation project. Intrigued by the complex nature of the project and challenges encountered in the implementation, she joined Oracle Consulting and never looked back.

With over 20 years of experience, she has served in a variety of roles from project lead to solution architect, with a focus on supply chain applications. Her expertise includes Order to Cash, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing but her biggest passion is Procurement and Supplier Management. She has a robust engagement history including multiple large global full life cycle implementations, upgrades, solution improvement projects, and distressed project turnaround.

Bethann is a detail oriented, critical thinker with the ability to engage with all levels of an organization and provide comprehensive solutions. This has led to her success across a variety of organizational types including oil and gas, defense, public sector, consumer products, food and beverage, distribution, and manufacturing.
